At Raddzy Analyzer, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We currently follow an Exchange-Only Policy. We currently follow an Exchange-Only Policy No returns will be accepted

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong product
  • A product with a manufacturing issue

You may request a replacement/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To process your exchange request, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Description of the issue

Our team may verify the issue before approving the exchange. 
exchanged / Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days. If replacement/Exchange approved the product will be delivered  within 7 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

A refund will only be initiated in the following case:

  • If an approved replacement/exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability

In such situations, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for exchange:

  • Product must be in original condition
  • Product must include original packaging and accessories
  • Product must not be physically damaged due to misuse
  • Request must be submitted within the eligible time period

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by customer
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
